yin yoga

A practice for slowing down

Yin invites the body into stillness, creating space to soften, release, and rest. Through longer held postures we move away from performance and toward presence and deep rest.

Especially supportive during seasons of burnout, grief, transition, and emotional overwhelm, Yin offers a place to pause, reconnect with the body, and gently turn inward.

PRENATAL YOGA

Prepare. Connect. Trust.

Pregnancy is a profound season of change. Physically, emotionally, and energetically. Prenatal yoga creates space to connect with your changing body, deepen your relationship with your baby, and stay connected to yourself throughout the transformation.

Through breath, movement, strength, softness and meditation, this practice offers space to prepare for birth while meeting each stage of pregnancy with greater awareness, trust, and presence.

For the woman becoming a mother, and the woman still becoming herself.
Postpartum is a profound transition into a body, identity, and life that may feel entirely new. There is beauty in that becoming, but there can also be grief for what has been left behind.

Postnatal yoga offers a place to slow down and listen inward. To rebuild strength, reconnect with the body, and remember the parts of yourself that exist beyond motherhood.

Recover. Reconnect. Rebuild.
